導讀：

　　投訴信也叫抱怨信。一般是當自己的正常生活受到騷擾、自己的利益受到侵害或當社會規范有失規范時，用來表達不滿情緒和提出批評。所有的投訴信都有一個共同點，就是最終是要收信人解決問題，所以需要提出解決方案。考生應該注意如果題目中沒有給出解決方案，那么就要根據投訴內容中的不滿提出自己的解決方案。具體寫作步驟：

　　首段：表明來信所要投訴的問題，盡可能做到客觀禮貌，給讀者留下好印象，應該記住讀信人不一定就是錯誤的責任人，他的合作對事情的最后解決有著非常重要的作用。

　　主體段落：寫明投訴的原因、問題的經過及產生的后果。可以說具體的理由，也可以說問題的具體體現方式。

　　結尾段：提出解決方案，不需展開。這段應體現書信的禮貌原則，可以用類似“如果你能……，我將十分感激”這樣的表達方式。還要注意做到公平、公正。

In addition，he often uses my things without asking for my permission. Under such circumstances，I find it difficult to concentrate on my studies，and I am falling behind in my assignments.

　　I believe you will agree that the only solution is for me to move into a room of my own，where I will be free from these kinds of distractions. I would be very grateful if you could arrange a single room for me，preferably not in the same building.
